FAQ

Why isn't my custom video playing?

Ensure the URL is a direct link (.mp4, .webm), publicly accessible, and the host allows hotlinking.

Can I use local video files?

Yes — upload via Settings, or add to sup/videos.json and reload the extension.

Does this work on Firefox?

Chromium-based only. Firefox support may come later.

Is my data private?

Yes. Settings and videos stored locally. No tracking. Only API calls: quotes, weather, search.
